Civil-Mek has been exclusively focused on the development of contract ventures solicited by clients, which include important projects such as Churches, Banks, Homes, Apartment and Commercial Buildings, Tourist Villas, Industrial Structures and more. It has also carried out important renovation works in various localities across the nation, deferring the promotion of its own projects to a further stage which is now in a planning process.

Supervisory Functions

Civil-Mek relies on its own methodology for implementing the supervision, monitoring and control functions required to carry out the various coordination, programming and implementation activities of all the stages involved in building and finishing construction works. Civil-Mek is always committed to complying with duration as well as technical and budgetary stipulations agreed upon by contractors and financing sources, irrespective of whether Civil-Mek is acting as contractor or merely performing project related jobs.

Based on the experienced acquired by Civil-Mek in the field of internal control, we have consolidated our Supervision Department and are now in a position to offer its expertise to our clients as an independent service.

Civil-Mek, maintains a close relationship with its clients by holding follow-up meetings aimed to monitor the implementation of work-plans and budget poerformance, as well as by conducting group visits to construction sites.
